Aari work is known to be one of the most tedious forms of hand embroidery.
This Chakla Textile was made for dowry in Gujarat region by local girls who lives in India. All our  Textiles are ''One of a Kind''. It is a piece of an ''Art of Weaving''.
This is called CHAKLA in local language.
Chaklas are made to cover the plats of offerings and gifts during the weddings and towards attending the temples and to decorate the inner and outer walls of houses in Kutch and Kathiawad Gujarat.
It has floss silk and cotton threads embroidery on cotton base with mirrors.
Embroidered by the Patel community from Saurashtra region of Gujarat India.
60 years of age approximately.
This beautiful special Chakla textile can be used as a bed spread/bed sheet,table cover,sofa cover,wall hanging,etc.
