This Turkish Cicim was made for dowry. It has special original tassels at one side which shows that it was made for dowry and wishes. The tassles are long and short at different places and we keep it in it's original condition/shape as we respect the weaver and the cicim rug. It is a real collectable Nomadic piece. It was made at Taurus Mountains outside of Adana by Yörük (Nomadic) people. All our Carpets and Kilims are ''One of a Kind''. It is a piece of an ''Art of Weaving''. It is strong enough to be used on a high-traffic area.
This beautiful Turkish Cicim has just been professionally cleaned in Türkiye and for future cleaning, this Turkish Cicim can be washed in the bathtub or on the floor with cold water and natural soap or dry clean. It is ready to be used!
