It is important for us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We trust Our Quality & Items (Rugs,Kilims,etc) and We trully hope that you will love your item/items and satisfied with your purchase from us,However If you are not pleased and unhappy with your purchase for any reason , Please contact us and we will find a way to set things right whether through an exchange or refund , minus shipping costs.Please let us know about a return first!And remember that the item/items will be shipped internationally from Türkiye.
Shipping costs will not be refunded! Only If a wrong/different item was shipped than we will pay all shipping costs. Buyer will pay the Return Shipping and if the item/items you buy from us is Free Shipping,than buyer will pay also the cost of shipping which was paid by us for shipping the item/items from Türkiye,too! We will issue your refund as soon as we receive the item/items in original condition.In case of a Return You will have to send it/them within 3 days of receipt of item/items by the same Cargo Company that we used.
We will supply you with the same proforma invoice and same cost details, where cargo agent from your side will have to mark the cargo as a RETURN. It will help us to avoid the problems with customs and very high taxes in Türkiye.
All our items are hand-made and most are vintage,used items.If you love handmade and dont mind vintage,used,old original items,please feel free to do business with us.

We have a 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned,custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards!
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to inform us about it and than to make a return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or another way within 10 business days.We will inform you how we made the refund for your return.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund,too.
